I updated my Z10 TO 10.2 OR whatever it said. Now i can't call nor can i receive calls. Nor can i message nor get messages. Most of the apps apart from Facebook don't work. Settings also doesn't open. I'm in deep **** if this doesn't work. Please help immediately.

I would suggest reinstalling the software. Just hook up to link and click preferences and then restore software.

Reload software using link. In case it loads 10.1, let it complete the installation, and then go for the 10.2 OTA update.

Only then start installing stuffs.

I think it was probably caused by errors in installing os process. You should try another Os version.

Yes using link. It said everything will be gone, i thought fine. Clicked on Reload Software and then it said updated version 10.1 available, would you like to update, i clicked yes since then it's updating. Let's c what happens.

You can download an Os auto loader file from forum to your computer, connect your pc with your phone by usb cable, run the downloaded file and wait about 10 mins. Don't forget to backup important data before all of those activities.
