    I walked into a verizon store to be nosey and decided to check what OS the Z10 was running. And of course it was still running 10.09. So I took it upon myself to go into settings and update it lol. I walked away once I saw the progress bar going up. It's clear that they're not trying to push the device. As soon as I grabbed the Z10 and swiped I knew the os was the older one. 10.1 hasn't been out for too long but I'm pretty sure they would have updated the droids if a new os was released

    nope, they usually don't. I don't know of any retail demo that ever gets updated
