Hi. We cannot reach the update servers. All our BlackBerrys say...server not reachable. Tried via WiFi and T-Mobile Germany.
    Anybody else?

There seem to be a few of these posts today. Something may be up. I've flagged some of the posts to get the mods' attention.

    And here is another

I've flagged these so the mods can track and hopefully come up with a response for all.

Having the same issue. unfortunately for me, I just wiped my device, now I cannot get past the update during setup, as it is unable to connect to the network.

Looks like I'm stuck without a phone until the servers come back up again!

    I'm located in Australia.

That's the problem...you cannot go through the start process when the servers are down :-(

I just finished installing the updated OS, 10.2. I was enticed to check out the BBM, however, it tends to display an error and it reverted back to the home screen. Is the problem associated with the application, the updated software, or Blackberry itself? Can you enlighten me on this one? I would not want to end up blaming me for the eagerness to shift to the premier OS. I have hopes that the company has done the best in its capacity to build quality software.

To all those having server problems, you can always download and install the latest leaked version which is similar to the official one except for Carrier differences. My own version is the latest leaked one since a few weeks ago and so far no problem. Survival is not just for the fittest but for the bravest. You simply need to know how to install leaks because you could easily softbrick your phone if you don't but it won't get broken. Always backup before installing a leak and don't disconnect the USB cable, switch off power or pull the battery during the process. Carefully read first and follow the instructions. When in doubt stop and seek help but above all be patient because you can't break your phone with a leak. You can always reload the factory OS at any time. BlackBerry10 is far better than the rest and certainly the best super smartphone ever so have no fear.

If you experience BMM issues after updating to 10.2 try re-installing BBM Channels.

Would it be a bother if you guide me through on how exactly do you do such? Thanks in advance.

Had to replace my Blackberry Q10 due to the headphone jack being broken - had an absolute nightmare going through P4U Care and finally received my new handset today.

Turned on phone went through standard language/license agreements and phone hopped onto software update ... 'unable to connect to update server (2032)'

    Absolutely infuriating!!

Tried to restore factory settings via bb link on mac and pc but no luck.

Any word on this from Blackberry!?

Here is what I think happened. BlackBerry released 10.2 to the world by mistake. It was obvious that the US was suppose to have to wait however everyone was able to update. When I updated I received apps from another carrier and this is not suppose to happen. I think this is because it was released incorrectly. BlackBerry may adventually take a hit for the update being available on carriers that it wasn't suppose to be available yet but they also made a lot of BlackBerry owners happy at the same time.

Glad someone else is sharing the pain.

Actually when it comes down to it, it's an unfortunate set of circumstances but just some clarity that this issue will be resolved in the next 24 hours would be nice ...

Ladies and Gentleman ... servers are online!

Bear in mind I'm based in London so may take some more time for this issue to resolve itself if you're based in other regions.
