    hi guys,
    my z10 was not upating its os from 10.2 to 10.3. I have tried all the methods mentioned in blackberry site. And also tried by removing the sim card also.
    but still, it was not updating.
    when I select update option from settings menu, it was showing that I have the latest version installed.
    plz tell me how to update my phone.
