My Z10 was in charging. I picked it up for making a phone call and saw a update software notification and I get excited that 10.3.2 hits my BlackBerry


But when I opened settings>software update, hit the check for update button, It shows you have the latest software. What's this?

Try to put your phone on charging and see if it allows you to update?

One of my two devices got this message two times in two weeks, always while charging. The other one didn't. I still don't have the update on any device. I don't know where this message comes from.

I charged it until battery reaches at 80 % and then check for updates but still " you have latest software installed ".

When the notification comes, it's 14:19 and battery was below 20% and when I wake the mobile, it was 15:10 and battery was at 36%

I tried several restarts and hard restarts but still no update and one question beating my mind that from where the notification comes???

Its just a software bug in 10.3.1.1779
When device battery Gone under 20 then if u try to check for sofware update. Then device shows that device battery is below 20 please charge it to continue software update .
So guys its just a os bug nothing else

I used 10.3.1 for the time it released but never experienced this bug.
