I've been trying to update my z10, but there seems to be something that prevents do
I have researched and the carrier says it hasn't to do with them
What can I do?

Load the leak version, 10.2.1.1925~
Though I don't quite believe in leak, am using the official 10.2.0.1767

try connecting it to your computer via blackberry link and check for software updates there. if that doesnt work look around crackberry for the autoloaders for the os you want. *i dont take responsiblity for anything happening to your phone using the autoloaders* XD i used the autoloader for my z10 and it worked perfectly fine for me

Intenta con la versi�n leak 10.2.1.1925, es bien estable y no tiene comparaci�n con la 10.0
