Did something really stupid by uplug the power cable during update to the latest OS. Now couldn't get the phone turn on at all, just have the red light keep flushing on top right. Couldn't connect to BB desktop neither, said the battery is bad or something. Even got a new battery, but the same case. Tried hard reset by holding the on/ off button and volume up/ low bottoms, both didn't work. Could someone please help?! Greatly appericated!

Connect the phone with a USB cable to your computer, launch Link. On the bottom you can see tabs with devices, if your BlackBerry isn't there, click on the three dots in the lower right corner and hit "Show disconnected devices". Then click on your device tab in Link, you should see a message that it's not connected and a button to restore OS, press it (sadly you will lose all unsaved data from internal memory). It should download the latest OS and reinstall.

If this doesn't help, download the latest leaked OS, unrar the EXE file, connect with cable, run the EXE, you should see the LED on your BlackBerry go green and after installation is finished the phone will reboot. Hope this helps, good luck

I did the same thing once and thought I really effed my phone. As long as your desktop can detect your phone you will be fine. Download the latest leak 10.2.1.19xx and load that up. It worked for me.
