You want the STL-100-3. For your reference. Ebay is good.

The international model that you're referring to is probably the STL100-2. This model may at best get 3G/'4G' on AT&T.

You would want to get the STL100-3. If you're a T-Mobile customer, try to get the STL100-3 RFK121LW. For AT&T either STL100-3 (RFK121LW or the RFF91LW) will do.

Some other sellers I can recommend (if you don't find one on the Amazon) are Negri Electronics, and GSM Nation.

If you are in the US, you may want to visit a T-Mobile store too. They sell the RFK121LW, but I'm not a 100% sure on what their unlock policy is. I believe they unlock the phone quickly if you pay in full.
