It would be good to get unlocked android runtime. Most of apps you're looking for can be found here http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-an...g-bb10-766594/

Sideload the runtime and don't forget to reboot. then start side loading.

If I want to sideload a new version of android runtime to my official 10.24 OS, so do I have to delete the old one, or just install on top of it?

How do I check wish version I have? How do I delete the old version using the blackberry chrome extension?
