try charging it. then try taking the battery out and putting it back in. if none of those work, then you will need to try and load an OS so cable to a PC. beyond that, tell us what is happening.

Oh, it’s just came alive! I’ve connected it to PC and it shows that it’s battery fully discharged... But it was at 73%. Well, that was strange. Never happened to me before. Please delete this thread, the question is closed.

My battery just went bad on my z10. Replaced it through crackberry. I plugged my phone into my computer and it told me the error and that's how I figured it out.
