Ok I set up everything to work off my home network (Wi Fi) when I am home. Suddenly when I turn on my laptop or my office computer i now find my Z10 is listed in my computer section automatically. How cool is that? Updating pictures, videos or documents is effortless. Wow. awesome phone and business tool. Love It!!!!

Gotta love that built-in Samba support. For all intents and purposes, the Z10 is a full fledged computer as far as your network is concerned since it can support and reply back to the network prompts that most operating systems send to determine what other devices are on your network.

I thought the same thing.I transfer files between my PC and Zed everyday, that feature just makes it even easier.

When I try to back up my phone on my laptop, it just transfers two files and the rest remain in my phone.

Yes, this would be cool if I could get it working. Gave up ages ago.. I don't file transfer that often so I'm ok with usb mass storage mode.

I set up blackberry link to allow wifi access and my home network will allow me to see my blackberry z10 micro sd card as well as the storage in the phone. It allows me to access both thru any ccomputer I have set up link on ans set my bb on. Try it out it is easy and very useful.

I can't even install blackberry link , it keeps rolling back whenever it reaches a certain point , tried everything short of reinstalling my OS , seen others were having the same issue , so I will leave it alone until they release an update , and I was talking about accessing my computer media directly through my phone , I can do the reverse perfectly fine
