    I am unable to unlock z10 with swipe up gesture. Until and unless I click the top button, or have the lock screen light on, I can't swipe up to unlock. This is happening from past 2 days. I have tried looking into settings, but unable to find anything.

    Please note that I can't unlock even by pressing the lock/power button. All it helps in is getting the light on for lock screen and then I can swipe up to unlock.

    Please help....

    The setting for that is in display - scroll down to swipe to wake and make sure it's toggled on

    If I gt the OP right, he can't get int the phone.

    Reboot by holding the tp buttom till you see the BlackBerry loading screen. Give it a moment to catchup annd try to unlock it.

    If you toggle the swipe to wake to "off", when you wake the phone with the power button, all it does is wake the screen: you still have to swipe up to get to the home screen/app tray

    I get this at times, all I do is one click the power button and then action the swipe.

    I use the "swipe to wake" in the off position
    as to not open apps while the phone is in my pocket.
    very useful for that.
