    I've been unable to set up Gmail or any other app on the hub on my new Z10 because of the "your device is not connected" error. Can someone here help me with a solution?

    So are you connected? If so, is it through a mobile network with a data plan, or through WiFi?

    I tried with both wifi and data plan. Same error.
