    I am having this weird problem after upgrade to 10.2. It will happen at random and when it happens, I cannot make an outgoing call. It would display an error message: "Failed to connect your call. Please contact your service provider." Everything else works normal (i could text, I could browse internet, I could even receive incoming calls.....) except that I won't be able to make outgoing calls. To fix this each time, I need to go to Settings and then turn off my mobile radio and then turn it back on again. This would fix the problem temporarily but after a while it will come back again. I try to troubleshoot it myself and try to see if I could reproduce the problem, but I failed to find what's causing it. I tried wiping my z10 and do a factory reset. Since I am afraid that perhaps my old data might be corrupted and causing it, so after I wipe my phone I enter my contact again one by one (instead of doing a restore from backup) and I setup all the email account one by one again. In the beginning i thought the security wipe fix my problem, but no, the same problem is coming back now. I don't know what to do, I suspect that it's some apps that's causing this (ex: Whatsapp). Anyone have this problem? I google it but seems like I am the only one who has this problem.

    Hope to find a solution soon....

    I am still having this issue. I called support and they ask me to try reload the OS and reinstall the latest update. I did but the bug is still there. It seems to me that when I am moving from one zone to another it happen. It's like it fail to register on the network.

    My model is STL100-3
    Software version 10.2.0.424
    OS 10.2.0.1791
    Radio 10.2.0.1792

    It might be carrier specific too. My carrier is Vid�otron
