i accidentals deleted my BB ID before disable anti theft Z10 , and now I am not able to log in to phone. Extremely sorry to all of you to disturbing you.
I went to repair store available in India , they did not give me any satisfactory answer , they suggest me To purchase new Handset .
Neither I have customer care number nor I have any person or store which check my phone ., no shop in India deal with the BB.
Please help me to log into my phone again .
We can't really help you....
You can go to https://us.blackberry.com/bbid and use your old BBID (can't really delete it) and log in. If you forgot Password there are options to reset it.
Once you are in, then you can remove you Theft Protection, wipe the phone and use a different BBID if that was your intent. If not you can use the old BBID without wiping the phone.
If you don't remember the email that you used or don't have access to it... yeah you'll need a new handset.
