Unable to find phone settings

Team,

Recently started to look for a option to change the reply now messages and found that my phone's settings missing phone settings itself.

Currently using 10.2.1.3062 OS version.

Have bought this mobile in UK and using in India! Does that matters?

Kindly suggest on this.

Phone settings are accessed through the phone app itself. click on the phone tab then while the phone window is open swipe down from the top bezel. the settings menu will be on the top right corner. all phone related settings are there, including reply now. Cheers.
