    So can anyone confirm what it's like to walk into a UK or Canadian carrier? I just saw a post on a message board where someone is claiming the carrier support is poor, similar to AT&T. Just wondering if anyone else is seeing this?

    Pretty much every carrier store, future shop, and best buy I have been too here has had lots of support and good training. Two weeks prior to launch future shop stores were given training and ability to test out dev alpha devices

    i've had a positive experience with my carrier (virgin mobile/bell) when I upgraded to the Z10 last week.

    I think the product knowledge on behalf of the sales staff is strong but the current pricing of the Z10 compared to the competition is putting it at a serious disadvantage. I know Telus has had the iPhone 5 on sale for $99, Samsung Note II for $49 and iPhone 4S, S3 etc on for free while the Z10 is still selling for $149. It is difficult to sell a product that is priced so much more than its competition. This is especially true in a market where customers are on a tight budget and regardless of the benefits of the Z10 people just see the dollars and cents.

    Canadian carriers in BC all have lots of advertising etc. I just saw two bus billboard ads for Bell and the Z10 in the 'burbs about 30min outside Vancouver. I was actually shocked when I saw the Z10 at Walmart of all places the other day, they were schilling for all the major Canadian carriers.
