    Right fellow BB10ers in the UK on either of these incompetent networks please help me spam the hell out of their twitter feeds.

    Please ask direct questions, show your tech/device knowledge and highlight their lies.

    I have been told numerous times since yesterday by EE that 10.1 doesn't exist. WTF? I know their twitter is run by a PR team but I seriously think their lies and lack of knowledge is terrible PR so they are shooting themselves in the foot.

    I want to grow this thread as large as possible and will send the link to EE when there are enough responses.

    It's a real kick in the nuts that all the other UK carriers have sent out the update but not good old EE. Still no definitive answers either.

    Go to the BlackBerry Web site and try upgrading OS there. I installed the leaked software a few days ago, but wanted to go back again to the official new release level. Did this via their Web site. Worked OK for me.

    Erm guys, I have received my new Q10 today (longtime customer, from One2One days) and as soon as I switched it on, it advised that an updated OS was available to download. I didn't note down the original OS loaded, however the one I was prompted to download is 10.1.0.273.

    Does this help you folks at all?

    Thanks for the work around but again why should we have to, EE are responsible for the deployment of the updates we had to bug them for hours for the last update just so I can download whatapp !!!!!!
