    I cant switch between bb balance personal and work.
    It says drag down from the middle screen?
    It simply wont do it.
    Please help? Anyone?

    In order to get BB Balance Personal & Work, you must have a BES account. Other then that it will not work. If you have a BES Account already, it should work like that.
