Hi all! When I transfer my music play lists, to my BlackBerry Z10, the music files appears on the device, but when I launch the default music player, I only see 3 play lists listed when I've in fact added 7 play lists. When I open file manager, I see the play lists on the device with the files, I also see the rest of the music on the SDXC card but no play lists. Why does some songs get stored on the device and some on the SD card? How do I put all the songs on the SD card and see my play lists? Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Thanks!

Duh- I was dragging from the computer or iTunes, not the songs listed on the computer in BlackBerry link.

You should see in BlackBerry link your computer listed, click in it and it should show your music, just drag it on top of the BlackBerry 10 device icon at the bottom left of the BlackBerry link work space.

I am using BlackBerry sync. It shows my playlist and songs on the computer, but when I drag to my phone it states "sync complete" but clicking on the phone it shows no music, and opening the music app it has no music.

Don't know, I kinda just fumbled around until it worked.
I am not very impressed with BlackBerry link at all, pretty slow and awkward

Hi, I'm dragging the music from my computer to z10 using BlackBerry Link. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong. It's a bit odd...that some songs save on the device and others on the SDXC card.
