I've nearly used all of my 16GB of internal memory and have an Ultra San Disk memory card. I've previously attempted to move all of my music (about 400 tracks) to find that some of them had gone missing as I transferred them however, thankfully, I had the common sense to copy and paste rather than use the move option in File Manager so it meant that I still had all of my music on my Z10's memory. Is there any way you guys would suggest transferring my music, pictures and a few videos over to my memory card, avoiding the use of BlackBerry Link because it's being a right arse with me for some reason.

    I also avoid link.
I've moved a tonne of stuff via file manager and it's been fine.

However, I also use windows explorer to drag and drop music/videos/images almost daily from my hard drive to the sd card.

The sd card should show as a separate device from the on board memory when you open windows explorer. Drag and drop and it should work fine.

If you hook up USB to computer from Z10, you should get drives - usually Y & Z. You can also copy between Z10 & Playbook the same way. Computer will take a while the first time getting ready. You can backup or transfer thousands of files easily. Also great way to copy from older Blackberry to Z10

You can also use Z10 file manager to transfer from one card to the other easily. Very fast & easy.

I never use Link. And hardly do it on the phone because it's a pain. However the PlayCloud app has made moving these easier.

But - I mostly do as others mentioned.....USB to laptop and use Windows Explorer to move, add, delete stuff. Much more convenient.

I have songs that I navigated to my media card from my computer but they are not showing up in my music folder.

    Any suggestions?

Ensure you're looking in the correct folder first off...trying a refresh or restart could help as well. Start there and let us know how it goes.

In File Manager? I can see the music there it's just that when I move the music some of it is missing in the SD card for some reason.
