I've decided to try the leak route and have done a bit of research and have come away completely baffled. Who can possibly keep up. So, for a complete neophyte, which leak is the best to begin with? Would love to hear any input. Thanks...

I would go straight to 10.2.1.1925 and sideload the bar for the Porsche clock, *opinion*
Runs great for me, but, others have different outcomes.

Four of my non-technical friends followed my instructions and had a good outcome. You can use these instructions if you wish.
Will give this a whirl...have my old Rezound standing by in case I FUBAR, which is imminently likely.

Non technical...that's funny. Just looked at your directions. Useless for me. Like the part where you say get an autoloader here without explaining what an autoloader is and you send me to a forum and say pick one out. Great...I'm done. Will wait for Verizon.

This is pretty cool. Can't see the hubbub about the looks part. The system runs great once it settles in. Seems to go through a battery like Grant through Richmond but after the Thunderbolt/Rezound nightmare I should get unhappily used to it. When the official version is released by Verizon in a year or so I'll be walking in tall cotton.

And Steve, welcome to the even darker side....it will take a few days for you to find all the new features and by then the OS will have settled down, providing a stable OS and decent battery life. By then you may find the urge to start installing android apps from the Google or Amazon stores. Word of caution: take it easy mate, its so easy now to overindulge lol.

Many thanks...do like the upgrade. Haven't had any issues yet. Not in a rush to sideload just yet. I've yet to throw down my anti-anything android placard. Ever since I gave up my Storm2 for a Thunderbolt I've only been pseudo happy. Not an app I can think of that I miss that much.
