Why in the **** can we not have slightly thicker phones with batteries that last twice as long. Whoever thinks that the huge majority of people need the phone to be a mm thinner at the expense of an hour or more of battery life is insane. Look at the RAZR MAXX. Just do that!

But really what is up with cell phone makers in general. I would love to have a z10 like this once its in the US as most extended batteries are BS.

just be happy it has a removable battery and you are able swap them out. its also not just the thickness, the weight is also affected.

Samsung is probably the only phone makers who learns from past mistakes..they increase their battery size..now most of their phones got 2100maH. blackberry try to do away with 1230maH on torch series (9800 and up) and see where we are with that??? 9900 is famous with poor battery life.
a galaxy note with 5"+ screen easily lasts one day - that is with android and full of apps.
if z10 got 2100maH battery..if only..?

Yes this is true. But I still think the argument stands that phone makers are being quite stupid. Id rather not have to change the battery but having the option to IS nice.

Yes but what if I don't want a keyboard. Not that I can definitively say that. I just hope BlackBerry takes a moment to think about it before developing more phones so I made a thread. Who knows. Maybe they will read it and agree! Or maybe not.
