    Anyone else having a freezing issue with the toolbar? I can't use the phone,search or camera icon after the 10.2 update? I reset the phone and it works for an hour or so and freezes again? Any thoughts out there??

    Yes it is on because I set an image to my lock screen. Just turned PC off and now it works!! So I guess we can't have the best of both worlds it's either a lock screen image or no toolbar??

    Had the same problem.. Just turned it off again and realized it was a new feature in the Wallpaper HD Update.. Maybe think about purchasing it,you can also add RAM Status, weather or other stuff to the toolbar. Kinda sweet .Good luck
