I have noticed that when you move an app into a folder, then back out of the folder with the up-swipe from the bottom bezel, you are no longer in the "app moving" view with the apps bouncing around. In order to move another app, you must hold the app down for a couple seconds to enable that "app moving" view again.

Instead of moving out of a folder with the straight up bottom bezel gesture, if you use the Android style "back" gesture (up-left from bottom bezel), you will exit the folder and still be in the app moving view.

I find this to be a little time saver when moving a lot of apps around.
