Get the Z30. Recently switched from a Q5 and can wholeheartedly recommend it. You won't be disappointed. Payed 150 Euros for mine which was still sealed.
Check out Lumia 640 from Microsoft. It offers great value for money. I saw somewhere this offer for less then 150 Australian dollars which is crazy cheap: https://www.telstra.com.au/mobile-ph...soft-lumia-640 I want one for 99 euro .
The Z10 is better than that Lumia. The Z30 is WAY better...

In what regard?
The camera in the Lumia is better.
Lumia battery is way better.
Lumia is faster (has better processor).
Lumia is cheaper.
Lumia has a larger screen and it is a good one too.
Love the form factor and bright screen of the Z10 but battery makes it hard to be far from a charger. Battery pack may be one solution and it seems generic booster packs are all the rage these days.
I use a Q10 but don't game or watch movies. For me it works great for my day. Good all day battery, great keypad, good storage and camera. Screen can be too dark on bright days and is small and square. If that works for you it's a great phone. I also have a Z30 and it is great in every way. I'm shocked the best BlackBerry is not available in OZ.
The battery "issue" isn't as bad as many make it out to be. Remember, it is a replaceable battery. I have three batteries for mine. I also generally get a full day out of mine now, 12 hours or so. I am on 10.3.2.2876.
Where I live now, service is good so I don't eat the battery. I lived and worked in a place this Summer that had poor service, and I was inside what was basically a metal box a good portion of the day, and signal was blocked. It ate batteries then.
With multiple batteries it isn't an issue. The battery bundle is also nice since you can plug it in to the phone and use it like a battery charging pack if you are doing something and can't change the battery right then.

Z10 even though it's two years older still has a better front facing camera. Same level rear camera (8mp, 1080p recording), more internal storage and a higher pixel density on its screen so it should be a clearer screen.
Further there are the OS advantages.
- BlackBerry keyboard
- BlackBerry browser
- BlackBerry Hub
- Ability to more easily run Android apps should you need it. I don't use this but many do.
- Depending on how you feel about it, the user interface of BlackBerry 10 may suit you more than the Live Tile setup of Windows 8.1 or the new interface of Windows 10.
I'm sure there are things that Windows does well but it comes down to user preference.
I upgraded from a Q10 to a Z10. Both are great. For the first two weeks, you will miss the physical keyboard...after that, you'll appreciate the bigger screen and never think about the physical keyboard again.
