I've downloaded the new BB Link in preparation for Saturday when I pick up my z10. However, I will be trading in my Torch on the day that I get my z10, and I have saved messages etc that I want to keep and transfer to the new phone. Forgive me if its already been asked and answered but how do I do this without having my phone on me, I need to completley wipe it friday night for the saturday and I have no idea how to then put all these files on my z10. Help please?

I also want to know too. I have some saved message and blackberry link doesn't transfer the saved message. I think old device and bb10 device work differently. The saved message in old device are saved in the device rather than in the server.
For now, I forwarded my saved email to myself to have the copy. If anyone has better idea, please let us know.

I went from a 9900 to the z10 using the new blackberry link ... now i am looking to access my saved emails from my 9900 .. but i cannot find them on the z10 ... any way to do this?

I had some success with device switch in settings of both phones. You should be able to go in the old phone and save the device to sd card. Put the sd card in the Z10 and then setup app > device switch. It should see the backup and do a restore from sd.
