    Just noticed if get called I'm not good to understand for couple seconds after a while or a "scream" it's better.

    What can I do?

    Is the device volume up all the way? What OS do you have? Have you called your carrier?

    All up 10.2.1.2977...didn't called the carrier for what? If it's broken I need to send it back to amazon friend of mine got the same prepaid company with no problems but he's having a s3....
