    As he post says as I'm playing with the phone if someone asks for the time I can quickly swipe up and tell them but when asked for the date I have to open up the calendar instead of a quick swipe.

    Before you bash me about how you don't need it and that BlackBerry made it that way so it's good enough, or that i should remember the date. I'm just a student all I know is Mon Tues wed thurs Fri weekend. I'll only remember the dates for exams only. I'm sure many of you forget the dates on a day to day basis.

    From any of the main screens where you can see the time at the top, swipe down. The date will be in the top-left corner.

    Oh nice didn't notice that, that's a lot quicker for sure. I'll always have to leave in the hub for other then that works nice
