    hi, after OS upgrade, my blackberry z10 is dead - read light flashing, factory reset not working, i want to load OS using commands, but in my file research in motion, there is no apploader and loader / nojvm
    i searched websites/forums, many links are not working anymore, anybody can help?
    where to download, what could be done

    You're looking for files and folders that were part of BBOS. For a Z10 try reloading the OS using BlackBerry Link first to see if the device is even working.
