    If I can't find my phone I pop open Protect and make it play jackhammer noises until I find it.

    BlackBerry Protect is such a MEGA value added service!
    I have played with it several times to test it (it's fun), but never had a reason to use it in the real world yet.
    Thank goodness!

    You won't believe how many threads are started here about the loss of a device and they state that they didn't have it activated.

    I'm glad for your happy ending.

    Glad you found it. Nothing worse than that sinking feeling of realizing you lost your phone. Now if BlackBerry can somehow tie it into wallets I would be a happy camper.... haha

    had my phone stolen once.... on protect within 30 minutes but never did find it!! I wish it was built into the hardware!!
