Hey I have a few conversations with a lot of text messages. They are taking a long time to load is there a way to help reduce the time it takes to load? I could try deleting the thread or back up? Thanks

Would like to know ad well cause this is an issue for me as well. Is the hub working in overtime trying to retreat the past messages? Sure feels that way.

Hmm, probably you can try deleting old conversations that you no longer need? That could help.

you will need to delete long thread text. BlackBerry is known to not be able to handle them. Try restarting your phone once deleted. Many have found it to run smooth again.

I was having issues with this as well on my phone. Its been an issue for me since 10.2 came around both official and unofficial. I had issues where texts would take a fair bit of time to load, where the message bar would be stuck halfway and sometimes it would just be a black screen. I sent my phones off for repairs but noticed some issues again on the loaner phone. Originally, I was told to delete all the conversations and restore the phone to factory default. This worked for a while but the issues arose again. Hopefully BlackBerry can find an fix to this.

I've been having this issue too ever since I updated to the latest software ( It's annoying, and I've tried deleting message threads, but the issue still happens.

I've had this issue as well. Battery pull temporarily helps. Hasn't been too much of an issue for me since installing

I am still on 10.1 and occasionally have this issue. Just today I had to delete a long text conversation due to this issue.

BlackBerry is aware of the issues and is working on it. It's been present since 10.1 MR. Deleting a really long message thread can help. Basically, one just has to leave the Hub open on the text and it will slowly load (it'll load faster if left at the text message thread than if set back at the main Hub view).
