I sent a very important message to 75 people. Then the next day 6 people complained to me that I didn't send them a message. Then I noticed I only sent it to 69 people only. When I put the contacts in something shows up saying "This contact is already added" but when I try to look for the missing contact and I add it to the group message, it adds.

Last month I sent a text message to "75" people again then 12 people complained that they didn't receive any message from me. Then I tried to look to the group I sent, it only sent it to 63 people..

Do these people have multiple phone numbers by chance?

Just as a work around temporarily, have you considered creating a private BBM channel? Or even changed to more recent process of using emails?

It just became worst. I was click some of my contacts. It says that contact is already added but it's not. WTF is happening with my phone. Sorry for the bad words though..

Problems with contacts is a common issue in the Z10, in mi case some of them are duplicated or even triplicated.
