    AT&T hasn't released it yet for their phones. Word is, they'll release it on the 10th.

    The people on AT&T getting to update are those who bought their phones unlocked either from BB directly, or another retailer other than from AT&T. But they are using the phone with an AT&T SIM.

    Those who got their phones from AT&T - locked or unlocked - are not getting the update yet.

    I've had the leaked 10.2.1 for weeks now.

    I have an AT&T phone as well, but I have been running the Leaked 10.2.1.1925 for weeks, too. If and when the official comes out from AT&T, I will not be able to update because the Leak is the new official.

    If you can't wait, go to the BB 10 Leaked OS forum and you can download the goodness now.
