    I initiated a call (to AT&T) and it seemed to stop, has anyone seen this before on their Z10?

    Yes, I'm experiencing the exact same thing. Took the phone to the AT&T Store and tried a new SIM, that didn't help. Replaced the phone two days later, that didn't help either.

    I changed Data Services (Settings -> Network Connections -> Mobile Network) so it would say "ON" instead of "Prompt" and it seemed to help slightly.
