Do the update and don't look back. I've been on Z10STL100-3/10.2.1.1925 since it was first leaked and I've had no issues whatsoever except for losing WiFi Calling.

Keep in mind that wifi calling will be available only with the t-mobile radio file...so we must wait for them to release 10.2.1 for that function to work.
You can install 10.2.1.1925 now and update the radio file later for wifi calling. Check the forums for instructions.
