Come in over to t-mobile. It works fine here. I don't really use the feature other than with my wife and when I'm on wifi. But I have before.

Didn't they pull this crap with tethering BB phone to PlayBooks for internet connection through BlackBerry Bridge? If I recall, they wanted people to buy a separate Hotspot plan to be able to utilize that feature.

Not sure why AT&T is blocking BBM voice and video features over mobile networks. I had the feature before but now AT&T has blocked it. I found this statement from AT&T on the web.

"For video chat apps that come pre-loaded on devices, we currently give all OS and device makers the ability for those apps to work over cellular for our customers who are on Mobile Share or Tiered plans. Apple, Samsung and BlackBerry have chosen to enable this for their pre-loaded video chat apps. And by mid-June, well have enabled those apps over cellular for our unlimited plan customers who have LTE devices from those three manufacturers."

I have unlimited data with AT&T and I still don't access to bbm mobile and voice.
    Even skype video works.

I contacted At&t about this but they said it is a blackberry issue.

Anyone have had success using bbm voice/video on at&t?
The option to allow bbm voice calls over mobile network is grayed out.
They always say it's BlackBerry fault that is their script. If it were BlackBerry you would not be able to use it over wifi besides if the tiered plan can use it you mean to tell me BlackBerry distinguishes between the too plans? The answer would be NO! It's bs AT&T does not want unlimited plan users I am included because they know we could utilize this features 24 hrs a day if we wanted 7 days a week and they are afraid of that because they would have to eat the cost. Just like on BlackBerry you can not you FaceTime but iPhone users are allowed. Just like they won't allow tethering for unlimited plans. Notice a pattern icrap yes BlackBerry NO!

A couple people at Verizon tried to tell me the same thing. I just kept it to myself that I was already utilizing it and they were none the wiser. I was already paying $30/ month for unlimited data, no way was I gonna pay extra to utilize an option that I should be able to take advantage of...

What about the latest update? I haven't had any luck with that at all. And I've tried loading it from every imaginable work around that my oatmeal offered. Now looking for the bar file.

As far as I know the load w/o sim method still works. Remove sim, download bridge, connect to pb power off bb insert sim, viola.

That's not working at all. Tried all the common load methods. Unless something changes will probably need the bar file.

None of you are writing and complaining to congress or the federal communications commission. Nor has anyone written or called the consumer services commission or attorney general office for your particular state. That is why it is not on!!!

Got a couple resources that you can use to get some awareness on the frustrations people are having with AT&T
