I haven't done very data intensive stuff and system monitor shows 25 GB downloaded over WiFi by 'System' in the last 48h. Is that normal??

Highly impossible for 13gb storage. Even if he installed additional card no app other than downloads could hog huge data.

But why downloading the update? I'm on 10.2.1.1925 and the 1926 (?) Radio since it leaked and it is not available by my carrier (sachesi still shows 10.2.0.18?? - T-Mobile Germany)

Try a restart:

Press and HOLD both Vol Up/Down buttons. Keep holding while the screen goes fully black (ignore the screenshot), keep holding through the Black/White logo and when the Colored Logo shows up, release those buttons.

If you have the STL100-1 variant the volume button reset method doesn't work. In that case, Press and HOLD the Power On Button until you see the LOGO as above

I got a similar, but mine was "only" 367mb
Thanks good it was over Wifi, otherwise, it would have murdered my 500mb data plan

The last hours nothing happened. It still shows the same. My Evernote files are very small, I'm not using it much.

Just looked again and strange thing for me is that 20mb of data usage yesterday on mobile network but phone was constantly connected to wifi as I didn't go out

Has to be an error of some sorts in the reporting.

There is no way a device with 13GB of internal storage can download 25GB of data, unless you have a 32GB SDcard installed. Even then you have to specifically tell the device to download to the media card.

I'm a heavy streaming music user, and even I don't use 25GB in one day. One month yes, one day, no(thank god for grandfathered unlimited data plans).
