    Dear All

    It's My first post to your forum. full of hope that you can help...
    I had a problem with my BB Z10 as the contacts was not loading then I restarted the phone, it gave my the error code 0015 I installed the BB link and tried to follow all the steps, after finishing the system reload. disconnected the USB, the phone was unable to start, it stuck in the black screen of the Blackberry logo, then after few restarts it tried to load until it reached 100% then nothing happens, I tried to reload the system few times more but unable to fix the problem .any help ?

    I'd say try an autoloader as it will force a fresh copy of the OS onto your device, Goodluck!
