I just bought a Z10 to replace my Samsung Galaxy S I, and I do have a lot contacts at Galaxy phone, this there any tools I could use to transfer contacts information from Galaxy to Z10 ? Thanks a lot.

Since you were on Android, were you not using your Google account to save contacts??

Or you could transfer using blue tooth as well. Quick and easy.

New issues and hope Blackberry could address in the OS upgrade:

When I was using Samsung Galaxy, it is easy to send text message or call the numbers showed on the recent calls (including missed call / received call / numbers you dailed out), while using Z10, I am not able to text message to the numbers showed on the recent calls, I have to find the number from contact lists and send message from there / or so to text message manual and key in the number from there. Same issue if I try to call people who sent text message to me / or I sent to text message to, I can't call the number from the recent messages (including send out, received) directly, I have to do the same thing. It should be very easy for Blackberry to enable such function which could save time for user. Hope Blackberry guys could address this quickly.
