Swipe Up Gesture Problem.

Hello, I get really confused with this weird problems, I've had software restored my phone more than three times and it fixed that for a few days, sometimes a simple soft reset solves it but then it stars again, it gets hard to unlock the phone, I got to swipe up really fast so it can work, and when unlock, I can't acess hub without exiting the app and swiping left, doing up and then left won't work because the moviment only goes less than half the screen, the active frames/icons go a little smaller like they used to do and then they get back, as I said, only making it fast it works, but it shouldn't be like that, I wanna know what can I do, this problems happens a lot and doesn't a lot to, I wanna fix it forever

Sounds like you need a fresh install of a stable OS. What are you currently using on your phone?

I'm using 10.2.0.249, it's the latest OS available

Not even close... 10.2.1.537 (software release) is the latest available. And it's leaps and bounds ahead of the one you are using. I highly recommend it :)

Is it the leaked 10.2.1? wondering cause I've read it's not out yet and my phone also won't show any new software update...

Don't bother with the os. 10.2 never had problems like this. If your phone is warranty replace it and don't waste your time.

As you can see, there's no update for me right now Attachment 241366

It is in it's warranty but I'm in Brazil and I didn't get it from a carrier, I got it from a department store and they've ran out of Z10s so they cannot replace it... what else can I do?

It's the leak. The word is that BlackBerry is doing a global release of 10.2.1 starting in the next week or so, but I wouldn't wait. You really have nothing to lose and everything to gain :)

Try to begin the swiping up from the Bezel, not from the screenbottom... As you have a Z10 (I deduced from your screenshot size), it might be tricky not to begin from the Absolute bottom of the screen. So make sre you touch the absolute inferior pixel and swipe very smooth and slow... It always works when you start from outta the screen, on the frame part...
It is possible that your screen protector film is too thick... use a cristal clear one, better than anti reflexion, they are thicker and the finger temperature (cold?) can also play a role!

Mine does it sometimes, all you have to do is hold down the power button until you get the shut down sequence, then let go and push cancel. Then it should work normally again.

I did what you said and it didn't fixed, but I found out that if I swipe right from the BlackBerry symbol, it works...

As I said above, the very first pixels detect the moves... so start from the "non screen part" as you mentioned the BB-Symbol... I start from the upper keyboard row on my Q.
