    It was working fine this morning. I can hear but no one can hear me. I've tried a soft restart, battery pull, I've backed up and then reinstalled. Nada. I don't understand what the sudden was? Literally working one minute and not the next.

    I do have some side loaded android apps (Instagram, Path, PayPal) as well as the newer clock setting for alarms. Anyone have an ideas?

    So it's your microphone, is it clogged or possibly covered somehow?

    Try a security wipe to see if it is software related and clean out all microphones

    I can't wipe and reload because BlackBerry Link on the computer doesn't recognize the phone and won't do a back up. Grr!!
