These are images straight from my Z10. The fist four were taken with the 8mp camera, the last one with me and the dog taken with the ff camera.

This was on Scafell Pike, a mountain in England in -15 degrees.

I was surprised to see that once I got them on my monitor, they really were rather good. I'm going to get a couple printed up. I also took my Canon 40D up there, granted it had a longer lens on it so was shooting more distant and would have had more water vapour misting up the image, but the Z10 did get the shots of the day.

Very nice pictures! Looks nice up there! I'm not going to lie though, that dog is byfar my favorite part of the pictures he's in.though.. Haha

Thanks! The dog was great company (even providing a hand tow up) apart from the lower slops where she slipped the lead and went on mental sheep chasing rampages. Got her back with out any casualties.

I ran the photos through auto-correct on CS5 just to see what changes the program would make: barely any. I need to test out the burst mode but I'd happily record a magic day out with the Z10 camera alone.

Look very cool! Sorry, couldn't resist that one with all the snow. Not tested out my Z10 camera much, but if these are anything to go by they will be just as good. : )
