    HEYY! my z10 does not seem to progress after the 100% booting stage!!
    it happened after my battery drained and i put it on charge. it has bee like that since then
    i tried removing battery sim and SD card but no use>
    it has bee 12 hours since its stuck.
    i updated to 10.2 last week but it worked fine till now
    PLEASE HELP!

    You might have to use Link to try reloading the OS. Fire up the LINK software on the pc, Attach usb to computer and phone. See if it allows you to update. Good luck.

    That's the best advice and maybe the only thing you can do. Some of the more experienced people on here might be able to suggest an auto loader but I dontk.ow about that. Be interesting to know if link recognizes your phone in the stuck state.

    If you can't access it up front or on link my NON EXPERT opinion would be that it's a brick. One more question. When you plug it into your computer on usb, does the computer try to install any drivers or does windows explorer by chance recognize it as a drive?

    The same issue,when i am using the Sachesi to update to 10.2,after finishing the update, the device reboot,the stuck in in the 100%,now i have to connect to the Link to restore the OS,hope that works!

    Hook it to Link and hold in the volume up and down buttons at the same time until the device restarts. That's a hard reset and the OS should not need to fully boot in order for Link to see the device.
