Hi,
I have just performed a security wipe but it's now more than 1 hour that I have the security wipe logo with a blue circle loading. I just wanted to know if it was normal considering that I have 64gb sd card almost full. I have performed the security wipe thanks to BB Link (new version) and everything was fine but the device is just stuck on this logo with a blue circle loading.
I just wanted to know if someone experienced the same problem ?

It can take sometimes a long time for a device to secure wipe, especially if you had any encryption done. Just let it do its thing and don't touch it.

Ok it took almost 2 hours but it's complete now. I think the SD card is the reason because I did some security wipe before getting this sd card and it was fast. Thanks for your help.
