    I am trying to reinstall the software on my BB Z10 after it was erased. I have downloaded BB Link and have downloaded the software, it has been "unpacked" and keeps getting stuck when it is about 50% of the way through the "Loading System Software" step.

    Try loading it with an auto loader, BB link is terrible.
