    I received notification that 10.2 is now available on my Z10. I went to Software Updates in wild aniticipation, checked for updates and got "You have the latest software" (which is 10.1.0.2039). ???

    Doesn't matter. OS 10.2 is in development and can only be installed by using an (destructive, which means your data gets lost, when not backed up) autoloader from your PC

    Please refer Beta/Leaked OS Section of this board and read stickies.

    There is a newer 10.1 version out there (called maintenance release), you could get if you are on a carrier that already rolls it out.
    There were some wrong 10.2 Messages already on this forum. Perhaps a search could bring up something.

    What notification? Who sent you that? 10.2 is not even official. The latest official is 10.1 MR, and T-Mobile is the only one that rolled that out in USA. You must be smoking something strong.

    I called BB Support and they said it was bogus. I no longer have the message so I can't trace it.
