I dont know if this problem is from Hardware or battery.. whenever my fone's battery die. I connect it to charger nd after automatic turning on, I HAVE TO RECONNECT THE CHARGER TO GET IT CHARGED. If iam not doing so device shows that battery is charging but it goes to 4-0% nd switched off nd same things happen again. I tried different OSs nd Battery Pull, but I found No Luck. Iam facing this issue from Day 1.

This behavior could be coming from several sources. If you've had your phone over a year, it might be the battery and if you can get your hands on a new one that's a worthwhile test.
Could be hardware, could be OS. How long has it been since you last updated?
Iam on latest leak of 10.3.1 nd I had my hands on 10.2.1, I got this phone around 3mnths ago nd since then iam facing this issue.

Are you using your phone immediately after it has automatically turned ON upon charging? If so, you might be consuming power more than the 750 mAh charger that comes with the Z10 can supply. What I do is I let the phone on its own for a minimum of 10 minutes from the start of charging (assuming that it's from a "dead" state). From my observation, the device turns ON itself automatically after about 4 minutes from the start of charging and by that time, it already charged 4%. Don't use it for 6 more minutes.

I tried this also ( to not use the fone for few minutes) but failed. I'll give it one more shot.
