    Hey Folks:
Got this issue and really need your suggestions please.

I updated the OS on my Z10 to say a month ago.
My Z10 was working fine till say a week-10 days back.
    Issues are...
    1. The battery charge shows max of 96% only even though I know I charged it long enough.
    2. Sometimes the apps (everything) does not open. It tries to then comes back to the same screen. I gotta restart the Z10
    3. Notification LED does not blink and the hub does not have the star to indicate a new message.
    4. Sluggish in response
    5. My network selection is in Manual and most of the times it drops it and I need to scan again to get the same (I have 3G from my service provider and hence need to select the manual option only)

I really look forward for any expert solution for these issues. Though these issues will not make me move to any other device, I still need my Z10 running perfect just like it did with 10.2.....

Again, this is another example why I don't like OTA updates
Because BB updates SO MANY things across updates (unlike other OS), updates end up being messy
I think the best way to tackle this is to do a clean install.
The battery display problem can sometimes be fixed if you drain the battery and recharge it

It can also be of an andriod app...I'm using 10.3 but few back I notice my notification had a mind of its own so I deleted all the andriod app since I never knew which one and it started working gr8 again

I do have couple android apps. But is it really the android apps that causes the issue and not the update?

So where can I find the earlier versions of the OS via the BlackBerry link or the website?
The link via BB portal is not showing any progress of detecting my Z10

The BBOS has been updated to for many users and it is available in a couple of the Crackberry forums. The forum needed depends on the make and model of your phone. In other words, you can download an autoloader file for your phone and do a clean install to a more recent O.S. That is what I did and my problems went away. I did not, however, use Blackberry Link to reload anything. Any apps or data needing to be reloaded were done through Blackberry World (for native apps), through Snap (for Android apps) or by hand or from the cloud (for contacts). Having completed this method, my phone is now at 100% and battery drain is between one and one and one-half percent per hour in idol mode. I hope this helps. Enjoy!
