I just loaded 10.2.1 and now can't send texts, I can receive texts and mms but I can't send. Help I searched but couldn't find.

So you can't send a text or can't send an MMS?
We on VZW have that issue because we don't have the correct APN set after a wipe.

I can't send a test receive them plus mms but on my part the text seem to not go.

You probably have to put your mmsc settings back in your settings. Find the correct one for your service provider and go to advanced settings in text msg.

Mines an Z10 STL100-2 with the update 10.2.0.424 and I have been having trouble with my text since installing that update.

Am sure am not the only one with this problem.
Text just doesn't do what it should always do, open up, show text, allow you to write and send immediately.
This isn't working properly, sometimes I got to wait near 5mins before I can do anything and a lot of the times my past messages do not appear.

Why hasn't BlackBerry fixed this bug.

I love my BB and feeling let down at the moment.

I don't know if your comfortable with loading leaked OS But the 1809 leak is very solid.

1809 is official on Vodafone I believe.

I have just spent more than 2 hours trying to fix this issue and thanks to the good people here I finally did it. After infinite amount of battery pull and powering it off and on with nothing working , I was about to reinstall the os again then read that I should try manually inserting the text and minutes settings which worked for me.
